Nani resumes shooting for Shyam Singha Roy, shares behind-the-scenes picture

Nani is a busy man these days shooting back-to-back for his upcoming projects after getting a break from shooting during the lockdown.

The actor first resumed shooting for Shiva Nirvana’s

with Ritu Varma, Aishwarya Rajesh and Jagapathi Babu. After wrapping up shooting for the same, the actor commenced shooting for Rahul Sankrithyan’s

Shyam Singha Roy

on Monday. The film will see Sai Pallavi, Krithi Shetty and Madonna Sebastian as his co-stars. Sharing a picture from

behind-the-scenes

of a cup of tea and the script, with him in the background, Nani wrote, “DAY 1. #ShyamSinghaRoy. Calm before the storm :).” (sic)

Aadhi Pinisetty

left a comment that reads, “Good luck babai.” (sic) Fans left excited comments under the post, waiting to see the actor in a whole new avatar.


Nani has reportedly been excited to resume shooting for the film ever since he heard the story. He even underwent a makeover for the film, a sneak-peek of which was shown in the title announcement poster. Krithi Shetty also joined shooting for the film on Monday. Apart from the lead actors, Shyam Singha Roy will also see Rahul Ravindran, Murali Sharma and Abhinav Gomatam in key roles. Mickey J Meyer will compose tunes for the film which sees a story penned by Satyadev Janga. Sanu John Varghese is the cinematographer and Naveen Nooli the editor of the film.
