Shruti Haasan is the female lead in the movie that also features Duniya Vijay, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in crucial roles. Thaman and Rishi Punjabi take care of music and cinematography departments.
On Balakrishna’s birthday on Friday, his 108th movie was announced with director Anil Ravipudi. The film's pre-production is also in full swing, and a peculiar title is being considered for the same. Balakrishna took to new heights when he donned the role of a village youth who is trying to look after the people of his village. The actor managed to pull off this role and received Nandi Award for Best Actor for his stupendous performance in the film. Balakrishna made his comeback with this Boyapati Srinu directorial in 2010. Boyapati, famed for his distinctive hero characterisations, presented Balayya in a fresh light in this movie. The actor played the dual roles of Srimannarayana, a college lecturer and Dr Narsimha, Srimannarayana's father and actresses Nayanthara and Sneha Ullal played the female leads.

Another action-loaded movie by Balayya is here. Legend is one of the films which brought much respect and appreciation for Balayya’s acting. The actor was excellent in the dual roles, Jaidev and Krishna. His second partnership with the director partnership was quite successful. Also starring Jagapathi Babu, Sonal Chauhan and Radhika Apte, the film became one of the biggest grossing films of 2014.
