No last-minute trailer for Ram Charan and Janvhi Kapoor starrer ‘Peddi’ ahead of theatrical release - Report

Ahead of the release of Ram Charan’s ‘Peddi’ there has been a lot of buzz which suggests the team would be releasing a final trailer. Now latest reports suggest that the makers currently have no plans to release it as it gears up to release on June 4.

No final ‘Peddi’ trailer to be released

According to a report by 123Telugu, it is said that the makers are not considering releasing any final trailer and are happy to proceed with the film’s theatrical release this week.

Recently we have seen makers of the big Telugu projects releasing a second trailer just days before the release, to build more hype for the film. However, the ‘Peddi’ makers seem to be not taking the same route.



Talking about the trailer of the film, it generates curiosity for Ram Charan character ‘Peddi’ who seems to be a “crossover athlete” who has an elite physique and is the master of cricket, wrestling and professional spiriting.

In the trailer, he can be seen in two distinguished avatars, where he is seen as a cricketer and also as a huge and muscular wrestler. Sports seems to be shown as a medium for him to fight for the oppressed. In the film, Janhvi Kapoor will be seen playing the character Achiyyamma, who will be his love interest, as the most beautiful girl in his town.

The film also includes Shiva Rajkumar, Jagapathi Babu, Divyendu Sharma and Boman Irani in important roles. The movie is also reported to have a special song with Shruti Haasan dancing side by side with Ram Charan.

The makers confirmed that ‘Peddi’ will release worldwide on June 4, 2026, while premieres are planned for June 3. It will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada.
