has grabbed several eyeballs in the Telugu states and managed to create good curiosity among the youngsters. Based on the life of yesteryear
Osmania University student leader George Reddy, the biopic is directed by Jeevan Reddy. Featuring
Sandeep Madhav of Vangaveeti fame in the titular role, this intense film chronicles the best and inspiring moments of George Reddy’s life. Set in the late sixties and early seventies, most of the film was shot in the specially erected set of Osmania University in Hyderabad.
Meanwhile, it’s confirmed that Powerstar
Pawan Kalyan will be attending the pre-release event of George Reddy. The 48-year-old actor-cum-politician will grace the event on November 17 as the chief guest. Details regarding the venue will be out shortly. According to sources, Pawan has liked the trailer immensely and wanted to extend his support to the film.

He was the founding member of the Progressive Democratic Students Union (PDSU). In 1972, George was murdered by a gang which was allegedly backed by a Right-wing organisation.
