'Peddi' North America pre-sales: Ram Charan’s film crosses USD 250K; Bhopal music launch set for May 23

Ram Charan’s upcoming sports action drama 'Peddi' has begun posting encouraging numbers in overseas advance bookings. Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, the film is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on June 4, 2026. Premiere shows in North America will take place on June 3.

North America pre-sales cross USD 250K

The film’s overseas sales are showing strong momentum several weeks before release. According to a social media update shared by Prathyangira Cinemas on May 13, the North America premiere pre-sales have crossed the USD 250K mark and are continuing to rise.

The Tweet read, "#PEDDI Surges Ahead North America Premieres Pre-Sales USD 250K+ and counting MASSIVE Release by @PrathyangiraUS, Premieres on JUNE 3."

Grand music launch for 'Peddi' in Bhopal

The makers have announced a large-scale music launch event in Bhopal on May 23. A R Rahman is expected to perform live at the event.

The makers captioned their announcement: “"#SoundOfPeddi will echo in BHOPAL from May 23rd. Get ready for vibe of the special song and Watch A R Rahman sir perform live Peddi in cinemas worldwide on 4th June. #GetReadyForPeddi"

'Peddi' music already making waves

The soundtrack has become one of the biggest talking points around the film. The first single, "Chikiri Chikiri", crossed 200 million views across platforms. The second song, "Rai Rai Raa Raa", received praise for its energetic beats and choreography.

A. R. Rahman has composed the music. Cinematography is handled by R. Ratnavelu, editing is by Navin Nooli, production design is by Avinash Kolla, and choreography is by Bosco Martis.
