'Pushpa 2: The Rule,' the highly anticipated sequel to the hit film 'Pushpa: The Rise' is generating excitement among fans as it moves forward in its production. The latest update from the film's makers reveals that a key schedule featuring Fahadh Faasil, who plays the role of Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat, has been wrapped up. The announcement came with a behind-the-scenes picture, hinting at Fahadh's character returning with a vengeance in the upcoming film.

'Pushpa 2: The Rule' aims to surpass the success of its predecessor, promising a bigger and better cinematic experience. The first part of the franchise concluded with Bhanwar consumed by revenge against the protagonist, Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun. The sequel will showcase the much-anticipated showdown between Allu Arjun and Fahadh Faasil's characters, with Fahadh being introduced as the main antagonist in 'Pushpa: The Rise.'

The makers of the film took to Twitter to share a picture of Fahadh Faasil alongside director Sukumar, announcing the completion of a significant schedule for Pushpa 2: The Rule. Their post read, "A key schedule of #Pushpa2TheRule completed with 'Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat' aka #FahadhFaasil. This time he will return with vengeance."


Adding to the excitement, on Allu Arjun's birthday last month, the makers treated fans with the first look and a glimpse video of 'Pushpa 2: The Rule,' setting the internet ablaze. The first look left viewers awestruck as Allu Arjun donned a never-before-seen avatar, donning a saree, bangles, and more. The teaser reintroduced Allu Arjun's popular character, 'Pushpa Raj,' and hinted at his journey to establish dominance in the sequel. In addition to the clash between the two lead characters, the sequel will delve into Pushpa Raj's life, exploring his childhood and relationships with his father and half-siblings.

'Pushpa 2: The Rule' is being mounted on a larger scale, featuring an expanded cast that is set to be announced in the coming days. According to reports, Sai Pallavi and Vijay Sethupathi are also part of the ensemble, while Rashmika Mandanna will reprise her role as Srivalli. The film boasts an impressive technical team, with Miroslaw Kuba Brozek handling cinematography and Devi Sri Prasad composing the music.

Although an official release date for 'Pushpa 2: The Rule' has not been announced, it is expected to hit theaters in 2024. However, sources suggest that the film may not release in January 2024, as initially anticipated.
