Nevertheless, the makers reassured fans that Salaar would meet its scheduled release date.

In an exclusive interview with Pinkvilla, producer Dil Raju confirmed that Prashanth Neel has a commitment with NTR after 'Salaar,' and the possibility of a new project with Prabhas is under discussion. In 'Salaar,' Shruti Haasan will play the female lead opposite Prabhas. Additionally, Prithviraj Sukumaran has been cast in a significant role. The film also features Jagapathi Babu, Madhu Guruswamy, and Easwari Rao in pivotal roles. This Telugu drama will be dubbed in Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam, further expanding its reach to a wider audience.
