Director Prasanth Varma had a great start in 2024 with his Telugu original superhero movie ‘Hanu-Man’ crossing Rs 100 crore in India. According to the production house, the movie had almost crossed Rs 200 crore worldwide since its release on January 12, 2024. Actors and directors across the country applauded the VFX and low-budget vision of Prasanth after this success.

Now, the director took to his Twitter handle to announce a much-awaited sequel to this movie. Prasanth Varma posted two pictures on his official Twitter account and announced that the pre-production work of ‘Jai Hanuman,’ which will be the second movie in Prasanth Varma's cinematic universe, has kicked off on the great occasion of Pran Pratishta at Ram Mandir, on January 22 , 2024.

He wrote, “With gratitude for the immense love and support showered upon #HanuMan from audiences across the globe, I stand at the threshold of a new journey by making a promise to myself! #JaiHanuman Pre-Production Begins on the auspicious day of #RamMandirPranPrathistha �� @ThePVCU.”

The first picture features the announcement poster of ‘Jai Hanuman’ in which Lord Ram and Hanuman are featured in a divine way. The second picture showcases Prasanth holding the script of ‘Jai Hanuman’ and praying to the Hanuman idol.
