, the film was shot mostly in Araku Valley of Andhra Pradesh and Praveena captured some beautiful behind-the-scenes pictures. She shared a video of these moments on her social media and wrote of how she travelled all the way to India from United States, taking a break from being a doctor. She wrote, “Took a yr off from cardiology (estoy loco!) 2 be there from conception 2 completion of #UMUR. Here’s a peek into my adventure. A yr worth the sacrifice – confident @mahaisnotanoun @ActorSatyaDev r bringing u an unforgettable film.” (sic)

In the film,

Satyadev

reprises the role Fahadh Faasil played in the original, that of a photographer from a small town. Roopa Koduvayur and Hari Chandhana will also star as the leads. UMUR was supposed to be out on Netflix on July 15 but remains postponed as of now. Satyadev was last seen in 47 Days which also hit OTT recently. The actor will soon be seen in the Telugu remake of the Kannada film Love Mocktail with Tamannaah as his co-star. The team intends to begin shooting in September, depending on the pandemic. Director Nagashekar will be directing the remake which will see music by Kala Bhairava.
