’ have been acquired by a popular production banner for Rs 1.43 crore, sources confirmed. The movie, also starring Nandita Swetha in the role as a ghost, is the sequel to the 2013 blockbuster ‘Prema Katha Chitram’. Debutant Hari Kishan is directing the sequel.

Siddhi Idnani, Krishna Teja, Vidyullekha Raman, Prabhas Srinu and NTV Sai complete the supporting cast. JB has composed music for the project, which is touted to be the most hilarious horror comedy. The film will hit theatre screens worldwide in January during the festival of Pongal. The makers have a plant to unveil the first teaser of the movie soon.

While C Ram Prasad of ‘Mirapakay’ and ‘Maryada Ramanna’ fame is wielding the camera, SB Uddhav famous for his work on films like ‘Babu Baga Busy’, ‘Bhale Bhale Magadivoy’, ‘Kaai Raja Kaai’ and ‘Kotha Janta’ is editing the film.
