According to Hindustan Times, the attack involved members claiming affiliation with the Osmania University - Joint Action Committee (OU-JAC), who allegedly damaged flower pots and hurled tomatoes at the actor’s residence. The Hyderabad police swiftly arrested the individuals, but they were released on bail the next day.

Adding to the tension, Allu Arjun has been summoned by the police to appear on December 24 at 11 AM in connection with a stampede at Sandhya Theatre during the film’s premiere on December 4. The tragic event claimed the life of a woman and injured her eight-year-old son. Police Commissioner C V Anand recently released a video detailing the sequence of events leading to the incident. Allu Arjun has assured his cooperation with the investigation.

The aftermath of the stampede has also seen a humanitarian gesture from the producers of ‘Pushpa 2’. On Monday, producer Naveen Yerneni extended financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh to the family of the deceased woman. He personally visited the hospital where the victim’s son is receiving treatment and handed over the cheque to the family.

Chief Minister Revanth Reddy condemned the attack on Allu Arjun’s house and instructed law enforcement to handle the situation with utmost diligence.
