Rajasekhar, Jeevitha, Shivathmika and Shivani test positive for Covid-19

After numerous rumours surfaced about his health condition, actor Dr Rajasekhar confirmed on social media that him and his family have tested positive for Covid-19.
Rajasekhar, his wife Jeevitha and children, actresses Shivathmika Rajasekhar and Shivani Rajasekhar have tested positive for the virus. The actor and his wife have been admitted at a private hospital in Hyderabad for treatment and he announced that his children are ‘out of it’.He shared a post which reads, “The news is true that Jeevitha, Kids and I have tested positive for corona and are currently being treated in the hospital. Both the kids are completely out of it, Jeevitha and I are feeling much better and will be back home soon! Thank you !” (sic) revealing that Shivathmika and Shivani have recovered while him and Jeevitha are yet to.

Fans of the actor wished him and his family a speedy recovery. Dr Rajasekhar’s next film will be titled Arjuna, in which he plays a dual role. The film’s release was pushed due to the pandemic. He plays the role of a politician in the social drama. The film is directed by Kanmani. Shivathmika, who made her debut in Dorasaani will soon be seen in Vidhi Vilasam with Arun Adith. Shivani, who was supposed to make her debut with the Telugu remake of 2 States with Adivi Sesh will soon be seen in a film with Teja Sajja.
