Rana Daggubati launches the teaser of Raj Tarun & Varsha Bollamma’s Stand Up Rahul

The teaser of Santo’s Raj Tarun and Varsha Bollamma starrer Stand Up Rahul is out and it looks super fresh.

Launching the teaser, Rana Daggubati wrote on his social media, “Here's the Mic Dropping teaser for #StandUpRahul. (sic)” Raj Tarun plays the role of a stand-up comedian who seems to struggle with his jokes. The actor went through a makeover to pull off the role, including changing his dressing sense and body language. The teaser is filled with one-liner and monologues that set the tone for the film. Varsha Bollamma, who’s already a fan-favourite, can also be seen in the teaser.

Stand Up Rahul is touted to be the story of a stand-up comedian who is stubborn and falls in love with an equally stubborn woman. With a passion for his profession, how he balances his career and love life will be the crux of the tale. Sweekar Agasthi will be composing the tunes for the film whose teaser seems to have impressed even Major star Adivi Sesh. Sharing it, he wrote, “Cool and Funny #StandUpRahul

Vennela Kishore, Murli Sharma, Indraja and others play key roles in the film. Raj Tarun was last seen in Power Play which hit screens in February while Varsha was last seen in Middle Class Melodies.
