According to the reports, Rana Daggubati will play Kodi Ramamurthy. A popular production banner is set to present the biopic. To be made in both Telugu and Hindi, the film will chronicle Kodi Ramamurthy’s exciting journey on and off the court.
Born in 1882 in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh, whose first love was bodybuilding during his growing-up years, rose to become one of the top wrestlers in the country and got awarded with the prestigious title ‘Kaliyuga Bheema’ by the King George V of the United Kingdom. He reportedly won the title by winning more than five thousand professional wrestling competitions.
