Rashmika Mandanna reminisces college days with a last-minute saree look

Rashmika Mandanna is enjoying the massive success of the period historic film 'Chhaava' starring Vicky Kaushal. The actress has become a pan-India sensation with her multiple hits. Recently the actress shared a social media post reminiscent of her college days.

On Instagram, Rashmika posted a series of photos where she was dressed in a simple yet elegant saree. What made these pictures special was that she styled her hair and makeup herself at the last minute, reminiscent of her college days. The photos were clicked by one of her best friends. The 'Pushpa' actress confessed that such spontaneous moments remind her of her carefree college days, where she would often take photos with friends on a whim.

The caption in her Instagram post reads, "Sometimes.. just sometimes things happen too last minute and have to do hair make up styling all by yourself and have to ask my best friend to take my pictures.. it ends up like this. I love it!! It’s taking me back to college days fully."


Professionally, Rashmika is on a roll. 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', which was released on December 6, 2024, became the highest-grossing Indian film of the year. Her performance as Srivalli alongside Allu Arjun was widely praised, and she expressed gratitude to the entire team for making the film a masterpiece.

Following this success, Rashmika’s 'Chhaava', co-starring Vicky Kaushal, hit theatres on February 14, 2025, and has been declared a blockbuster. The film, directed by Laxman Utekar, tells the story of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj and has been well-received by audiences.
