Rashmika Mandanna recently turned heads at the wedding of her friend and costume designer Shravya Varma, who tied the knot with badminton star Kidambi Srikanth. The actress arrived at the venue looking stunning in a vibrant orange saree, radiating joy as she celebrated the special occasion.
Shravya Varma, known for her contributions to fashion, officially announced her engagement to Srikanth back in August 2024.
Many celebrities were expected to attend as fellow actress Keerthy Suresh in an ethnic outfit alongside 'Varisu' director Vamshi Padipally were also seen.
On the professional front, Rashmika is gearing up for her next major role in 'Pushpa 2: The Rule', alongside Allu Arjun. This film is a sequel to the highly successful 'Pushpa: The Rise', and it is set to hit theatres on December 5, 2024. Rashmika will reprise her role as Srivalli, continuing the story of Pushpa Raj, played by Allu Arjun.
The national crush is packed with films as she has six major film releases lined up over the next ten months. After 'Pushpa 2', Rashmika will appear in the Bollywood historical epic 'Chhava', where she stars alongside Vicky Kaushal. She is also working on 'The Girlfriend', directed by Rahul Ravindran expected to release in the summer of 2025.
Later, Rashmika will star alongside Salman Khan in 'Sikandar', directed by AR Murugadoss. This film is slated for an Eid release in 2025. Another project on her list is 'Kubera', directed by Shekhar Kammula, featuring Nagarjuna and Dhanush.
She will also be seen in the horror drama 'Thama' with Ayushmann Khurrana, from the makers of 'Stree 2'. Lastly, she has another project called 'Rainbow' in the pipeline, although details about this project remain unclear.
