Recharged & rebuilt, Sai Durgha Tej bets big on comeback film

After a two-year hiatus following Bro and Virupaksha, Sai Durgha Tej is making a comeback with Sambarala Yeti Gattu, a period action drama directed by Rohith KP.
The actor has undergone a striking physical transformation, spending months in the gym to prepare for his role. Speaking to us, he said, “Right now, this is the only film I’m focused on because I want to give the best outcome. It’s taking a little time because I have to take care of many nuances.”
The film, in production for over a year, features a cast that includes Aishwarya Lekshmi, Jagapathi Babu, Saikumar Pudipeddi, Meka Srikanth, and Ananya Nagalla, and will be released in multiple languages. On audience expectations, Sai Durgha Tej added, “If people like the content, they will come and bless us. My film is my representation. It should speak for me. At this point, all my effort and energy are going into making it the best it can be.”
