Rukmini Vasanth wishes Jr NTR on his 43rd birthday; says she’s grateful to be part of ‘Dragon’

Kannada actress Rukmini Vasanth will share space with Telugu superstar Jr NTR in the upcoming mass entertainer ‘Dragon’, directed by Prashanth Neel. The makers recently unveiled the first glimpse on Jr NTR’s birthday. Wishing the actor, Rukmini Vasanth, called him a “true powerhouse” and shared she’s “grateful” to be part of the journey.Rukmini Vasanth took to her Instagram stories to share a picture of Jr NTR and wrote, “Happy birthday Jr NTR sir…A true powerhouse in every sense…I m so grateful to be sharing this journey with you on Dragon. Wishing you endless happiness and good health." Taking to his Instagram stories, Mahesh Babu shared the photo with Jr NTR and wrote, “Happy birthday Tarak…#DragonGlimpse looks amazing. Wishing you another great year ahead." Allu Arjun took to his X (formerly Twitter) handle and wished Jr NTR happy birthday. He wrote, “Many happy returns of the day Bava @tarak9999 ! May you have abundant prosperity, peace & love. This time it ain’t tiger It’s DRAGON Roaring fire every shot.”Speaking of the teaser of ‘Dragon’, it runs for 4 minutes and 28 seconds and gives a strong look into the film’s world filled with crime, drugs and politics. The glimpse starts with visuals of guns, British colonisation and opium farming. A voiceover says, “The British may have arrived in India for cotton, steel and spices, but the reason they stayed for 250 years was a plant."Towards the end, Jr NTR appears as Luger, the feared Assassin-in-Chief of the Afghan Trading Company. The teaser also gives quick glimpses of Anil Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana and other cast members. It also includes Rukmini Vasnth narrating a story.On the other work front, Rukmini Vasanth will next be seen in the upcoming Yash starrer ‘Toxic’. After a couple of delays, the makers have yet to announce the release date.
