Samantha thanks fans for sticking by her through rumours after separation from Naga Chaitanya
Ever since Samantha and Naga Chaitanya announced their split on
From linking her to her stylist to alleging the couple got divorced because she refused to have babies or got an abortion, rumour mills have been working overtime to spin a far-fetched tale over something private. After maintaining a dignified silence through it all, Samantha took to social media on Friday to thank fans for defending her through it all.
She penned an emotional heartfelt note that reads, “Your emotional investment into a personal crisis has overwhelmed me. Thank You all for showing deep empathy, concerned for defending me against false rumors and stories that are being spread. They say I had affairs, never wanted children, that I am an opportunist, and now that I have had abortions. (sic)”
The actress even stated that she’ll never let this whole experience break her, writing, “A divorce in itself is an extremely painful process. Let alone allowing me the time to heal. This attack on me personally, has been relentless. But I promise you this, I will never allow this or anything else they say, break me. (sic)” Earlier in the day also the actress seemed to have had enough when she shared a quote that reads, “If matters are constantly morally questionable when done by women, but not even morally questioned when done by men – then we, as a society, fundamentally have no morals. –
The actress and her team have been put through a lot the last few days, apart from the personal crisis she’s going through.
