See, How director Shankar Shanmugam manages to direct two different films from different industries!

Social media is currently going gaga over how tough a master Tamil director Shankar Shanmugam is, as until yesterday he was busy filming Ramcharan’s ‘Game Changer’ and now he updates the shooting details of his other massive film with Tamil Star Kamal Haasan titled ‘Indian 2’.

He is said to be at the busiest times of his career now, as he is handling two different monumental subjects with two-star actors from different Industries and is hopping from one film sets to the other without any break.

Yesterday he took to Twitter and announced, “Wrapped up #GameCahnger’s electrifying climax today! Focus shift to #Indian2’s Silver Bullet sequence from tomorrow!” Twitter is full of good wishes and kind words for his dedication and the hard work he’s been doing.

If his ‘Gamechanger’ is a political action thriller starring Ramcharan and Kiara Advani in the lead roles, its story is penned by Karthik Subbaraj and it is funded by Dil Raju. While his 'Indian 2' is an action vigilante film written and directed by himself starring Kamal Hassan, Kajal Aggarwal, Siddharth, Nedumudi Venu, and Rakul Preet Singh in the key roles, while the film is jointly funded by Lyca and Udhaynidhi Stalin.

Release dates

Ramcharan’s #GameChanger will be hitting the theatres later this year and an official date is yet to be announced. His ‘Indian 2’ is slated for October 1st, however, it will be pushed to 2024 due to a delay in its shoot.
