Siddharth reacts to social media fan wars

Yet another social media war amongst fans of Telugu and Tamil cinema is in progress on social media at the time of writing.
After the first-look of Venkatesh's Asuran remake Naarappa released, fans began comparing him to Dhanush and fighting among themselves on social media. Within no time, the hashtags #TeluguRealHeroes and #UnrivalledTamilActors began trending and other actors, including Ram Charan, Vijay, Mahesh Babu and more were brought into the fold to be fought over.
Exasperated at the display, actor Siddharth took to social media and wrote, "Today's #Paithyam challenge in South Indian fans clashing trends is #UnrivalledTamilActors vs #TeluguRealHeroes. What a waste of the internet! Our country really needs these youngsters to do more with their lives, and their internet data." (sic) He, of course, also soon invited the ire of warring fans who asked him to stay out of it.
