Sreeleela confirmed as lead for Mahesh Babu, Pooja Hegde, Trivikram film

The makers of Trivikram Srinivas’ #SSMB28 have confirmed that Sreeleela will star alongside Mahesh Babu and Pooja Hegde in the masala entertainer.

Producer Naga Vamsi was recently promoting his upcoming film Butta Bomma when anchor Suma asked him for details about this project. He confirmed the actress’ presence in the film and said, “Sreeleela and Pooja Hegde are both the female leads in the film, neither is first or second heroine. I’ve seen posts on social media claiming the same but they’re all equally important in the film. We commence shooting for the film on January 18 and are aiming for an August 11 release.”


Sreeleela was last seen as Pranavi in Ravi Teja co-starrer Dhamaka after her debut with the Roshan Meka co-starrer Pelli SandaD. The script of #SSMB28 went through an overhaul the last few months after Mahesh shot for an action schedule. The passing of his brother Ramesh Babu and parents, Indira Devi and Krishna, also pushed the shooting schedule to this year. The makers tried to go on-floors again multiple times last year.


Sreeleela also has other exciting projects in her kitty with Vaisshnav Tej, Ram Pothineni, Nithiin and Balakrishna. It remains to be seen what other projects she has signed on.
