Swamy Ra Ra is about a Ganesh idol

Actor Nikhil is all gung ho about his upcoming flick Swamy Ra Ra. Admitedly the movie is called so for a reason. ���The movie revolves around a Ganesh idol, and everybody in the movie wants to get their hands on it. The film is primarily an entertainer with elements of crime thriller thrown in. It���s a pretty whacky plot line,��� he says. Admittedly he is trying something ���very different��� this time around. ���I have done eight films till date and I���ve mostly played your typical guy next door characters, but this time I am trying something very different. It���s a very intelligent character and the comedy is not the routine slap stick variety we generally see in Telugu films. The action is also going to be very realistic,��� he adds. The actor is raving about first time director Sudhir Varma. ���Though this is his first movie as a director, he���s been around a long time working as an assistant director. He is great technician and understands the medium. It���s been a pleasure working with him. I am confident that this film will turn out to be a landmark for both of us,��� he says. Swathi is playing the female lead in the movie.
