The pre-release event of the Pawan Kalyan starrer 'The Call Him OG' was disrupted due to heavy rain on Sunday, held at Hyderabad's LB Stadium. Unfortunately, Pawan Kalyan has been suffering from viral fever ever since. His team has too confirmed about his ill health with an official statement released.
On social media, his team announced that the actor turned politician has been suffering from fever for the last two days. In an official statement, his PRO on Twitter wrote in Telugu, which, loosely translated into English, reads, "Deputy Chief Minister of the State, Sri Pawan Kalyan, has fallen ill with a viral fever. Sri Pawan Kalyan has been suffering from fever for the past two days. Despite the fever, he attended Assembly meetings on Monday and conducted reviews with officials. The severity of the fever increased from Monday night."
They later stated that the doctors have advised the Power Star to take rest after conducting the tests. He is said to be handling his political responsibilities virtually. "In this context, doctors have conducted tests and are providing treatment. They have advised rest. Despite suffering from the fever, he held teleconferences with officials regarding departmental matters," the tweet read.

Fans had gathered to watch the trailer of the film before its digital release and get a glimpse of their favorite star alongside the rest of the cast members. However, the event got interrupted due to heavy rain.
The pan-film India is set to release soon and is anticipated to be Pawan Kalyan's biggest opening. He was last seen in 'Hari Hara Veera Mallu', which, after the initial hype, received an underwhelming response.
It also stars Emraan Hashmi as the main antagonist, Priyanka Mohan as the female and Arjun Das, Prakash Raj and Sriya Reddy in key roles.
