Nani is working with director
Srikanth Odela for the second time after their successful outing 'Dasara,' which captured a raw and rustic theme and turned out to be a superhit. Now, this upcoming movie features Nani in different looks, and not just the actor; the makers are going all out to create authenticity. A recent report suggests that the team is creating a massive slum, which will spread across 30 acres on the outskirts of Hyderabad.
Slum set in Hyderabad's outskirts
According to a News18 report, the set is said to be as big as the "Mahishmati empire from the 'Baahubali' franchise." Nani's character in the film comes from the slums and rises to power, and the center of the slum consists of a huge arch, seen in the teaser and poster of the film.
It is known that Nani will be playing the character who comes from the slums and rises to power, as hinted in the teaser released earlier.
'Baahubali' of Slums
The report suggests the makers want to show the "enormity of his journey" authentically with huge sets. The source close to the production stated, "At the center of the slums, there will be a huge arch, which was seen in the last announcement video and posters of the movie. This arch serves as the epicenter of the lead character's empire. The vision is to create a 'Baahubali of Slums.'"
More about 'The Paradise'
'The Paradise' is being made with a raw theme, for which the director Srikanth Odeal is known. Nani is keeping a rugged avatar for his character; he is seen in a long braided hair look with a nose ring and tattoo. He has also been training and growing muscles for his look.
The musical score to the film is given by star musician Anirudh Ravichander.
The movie is set to hit the big screens globally next year on March 26, 2026, and interestingly will be released in multiple languages, including Spanish, English, and Bengali.
