Directed by Krishna Vamsi, ''Govindudu Andarivadele'' went on to become one of the highest-grossing Telugu films of the year and is considered to be one of the best projects of his career.

who arrives in his grandfather’s house in India to reconcile the difference between his father and grandfather. How Abhiram succeeds in winning over family members in India forms the crux of the story. When it released in 2014, the film did not receive favourable reviews. The film, however, was lapped up by masses - reportedly made an estimated budget of Rs 30 crore, reportedly garnered over Rs 70 crore at the worldwide box office.

Right from his debut film ''Chirutha'' to recently released ''Vinaya Vidheya Rama,'' Ram Charan has come a long way. He has surely picked a variety of films in his acting career spanning across 13 years. Bankrolled by Bandla Ganesh under Parameswara Art Productions, ''Govindudu Andarivadele'' also starred Srikanth, Prakash Raj, Kajal Aggarwal, Kamalinee Mukherjee, Jayasudha, Rahman and others in the pivotal roles. The songs of the film were appreciated by the audience with Neeli Rangu Cheeralona, Gulabi Kallu Rendu Mullu and Bavagari Choope becoming hit tracks.
