Actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar was last seen in the Tamil film 'Raayan' and the actress is now shooting for her next in Kannada. She also has her Telugu courtroom thriller drama 'RTI' which is set for a direct-to-digital release. The film skips a theatrical release and will be out on ETV win online platform from September 26.
Directed by Suresh Krissna, the movie stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Rajendra Prasad, Sashank, Harsh Roshan and Ravi Shankar in lead roles. The trailer of the film was launched a couple of weeks back.
The story of the film revolves around female played by VaralaxmiSarathkumar who is a handicapped lawyer and her fight with father who is also as lawyer and how the two are on a mission to fight a cases related to suicide that leads to open the RTI act.
On the personal front, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar tied the knot with Nicholai Sachdev, a Mumbai gallerist on July 3 in Thailand and they had a reception in Chennai later.
