Yet, he highlighted a troubling issue of persistent negative ratings on online platforms, allegedly from bots unfairly giving the film a rating of 1 out of 10. He emphasized that genuine ratings of 9 or 10 were suddenly dropping to 1, suggesting malicious intent behind the actions.
His statement read, “Dear esteemed audience and fellow cinema enthusiasts. I extend my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you for contributing to the tremendous success of Gaami, making it a blockbuster. However, I feel compelled to address a concerning issue that has come to my attention. It has come to my notice that there have been persistent attacks on the film's reputation on platforms like BookMyShow, with numerous bots unfairly giving it a rating of 1 out of 10. This malicious behaviour is evident when genuine rating of 9 or 10 suddenly drop to 1. How many ever times you try to pull me down, I am as dangerous as elastic and will only go up more. While I am unaware of the motives or individuals behind these actions, I wish to express my gratitude to those who have supported quality cinema during its release. I extend my thanks to the media, critics and most importantly the audience. Rest assured, appropriate legal measures will be pursued to address the matter."
