Filmmaker KS Ravindra’s 'Waltair Veerayya' has got a release date now. The film, which stars megastar Chiranjeevi and Shruti Haasan, will open in theatres on January 13 next year. So, mark the date on your calendars.
Announcing the release date on Twitter, the makers unveiled a poser of Chiru and wrote, ''This Sankranthi, it's time for the MASS MOOLAVIRAT darshanam in theatres. #WaltairVeerayya GRAND RELEASE WORLDWIDE on 13th JAN, 2023.''
'Waltair Veerayya', which is touted as an action-comedy, marks KS Ravindra’s first project with Chiranjeevi and Shruti Haasan. Movie buffs were able to witness Chiru’s unmatchable dance moves in the first lyric video song that was released a few days ago. The song which has been titled, Boss Party, and was composed by Devi Sri Prasad with lyrics by Devi Sri Prasad himself. Devi Sri Prasad, Nakash Aziz, Haripriya had rendered this foot-tapping number. In the video, actress Urvashi Rautela can be seen shaking a leg along Chiru.
'Waltair Veerayya' also stars Ravi Teja, Rajendra Prasad, Catherine Tresa, Bobby Simha and Vennela Kishore in pivotal roles. DSP has composed the tunes for this flick. The technical crew of the film comprises camera by Arthur A. Wilson and editing by Niranjan Devaramane.
