Rashmika Mandanna and Vijay Deverakonda, who recently tied the knot in a dreamy Udaipur wedding, are set to celebrate their first Holi as a married couple. Amid the buzz, many old photos and videos have resurfaced online from Holi 2024, when both stars were busy with work commitments yet still found ways to mark the festival.

Vijay Deverakonda mixed promotions with festive vibes

On Holi 2024, Vijay Deverakonda was in full work mode, promoting his film The Family Star. Before stepping out for events, he shared a charming festive post on social media. Dressed in elegant traditional white attire, he posed with his pet Siberian Husky, Storm Deverakonda.




In the caption, Vijay warmly wished fans, writing, "We dressed in white for Happy Holiii :)"

Later, he joined co-star Mrunal Thakur at a promotional event in Hyderabad. Twinning in white, the two celebrated Holi with families while promoting the film. They were also seen dancing to the lively track Kalyani Vaccha Vacchaa, turning the promotional appearance into a colourful celebration.

Rashmika Mandanna had a working Holi too

Rashmika Mandanna spent the festival day on a film set, surrounded by her team rather than colours and parties. Despite the tight schedule, she took a moment to connect with fans online. Sharing a cheerful group picture, she revealed that work had taken priority, but the festive spirit remained intact.

From co-stars to life partners

The couple’s journey began on the sets of Geetha Govindam in 2018 and deepened during Dear Comrade in 2019. They reportedly got engaged in a private ceremony on October 3, 2025, in Hyderabad. Their wedding featured traditional Telugu rituals in the morning and a second ceremony honouring Rashmika’s Kodava roots in the evening.

Their families also bonded over a friendly cricket match dubbed the “Virosh Premier League,” with close friends and industry colleagues in attendance.
