A three-judge bench of the SC that has disposed petition against the film said that the petitioner should move the Censor Board within a stipulated time of 30 days, in case she has any objection against the film. “We see no reason to entertain this petition under Article 32 of the Constitution of India in view of the statutory remedy already availed of by the petitioner. The instant writ petition is dismissed accordingly," the SC said in its order.

Confirming the news, social activist and producer Sunitha Krishnan urged the audience to watch the film whenever it releases in theatres.

The bilingual film was shot in Odia and Telugu, inspired by a set of true events. The film is touted to be an edge of the seat investigative thriller that explores the mindset of criminals hiding in plain sight.
