’, ‘Dear Comrade’ and his Tamil debut ‘NOTA’ coming up, with fans awaiting further details of the films.

The star took to social media today and wrote, “Taxiwaala, Geetha Govindam and NOTA are all in various stages of completion. All release dates to be announced soon. 1st update Starting today.” (sic) His ‘NOTA’ co-star Mehreen Pirzada, who’s awaiting the release of her next film ‘Pantham’, shared the news and wrote, “Announce NOTA pls @TheDeverakonda” (sic)

But, Vijay’s first update was about his upcoming with Rashmika Mandanna, ‘Geetha Govindam’. He shared a new poster of the film and wrote, “Meeru em aina anukondi, My official status matram idhe madam. #GeethaGovindam This Independence Day.” (sic) According to the poster, Vijay Deverakonda is going to play the role of a 25 year old virgin.

Directed by Parasuram, the film will feature music by Gopi Sundar. The film marks Rashmika’s second feature film in Telugu after ‘Chalo’. The adorable first look of the film too was released well, with fans excited about the much-evident chemistry between Vijay and Rashmika’s characters.
