for the film that was supposed to release on July 22 was postponed and finally released today! “Mana #DilRaaju gaari korika meraku #GeethaGovindamTeaser release July 23rd ki postpone aindhi. 23rd Pakka vachesthaaru Mee #GeethaGovindam.” (sic) wrote the makers on their social media, citing the reason for the delay. Dil Raju released the teaser for Nithiin and Raashi Khanna’s upcoming ‘Srinivasa Kalyanam’ on Sunday. Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna too had posted adorable pictures of each other from behind-the-scenes of the shoot to make up for the delay.

Vijay Deverakonda released the teaser a few minutes ago today by adorably writing, “Rowdies, nenu maaripoya. I am completely decent now. #GeethaGovindamTeaser” (sic) The teaser sees a hilarious old-school monochrome montage of the characters Geetha and Govind acting as a married couple and making out by the well at their home. In reality however, Geetha slaps Govind when he tries to make out with her threatens him when he looks at other women. Deverakonda’s character keeps calling her madam just like he did during the promotions of the film on social media. The teaser ends with him saying, “Ledu madam nenu maaripoya. I am completely decent now.” (sic)
