Rules of the competition

Participants in the Space-Out Competition must sit still and relax for 90 minutes without falling asleep, talking, using their phones, or moving around. Monitors circulate to check heart rates, ensuring that contestants remain awake and in a state of calm. The winner is the person with the most stable heart rate, embodying the essence of tranquility.
