Google AI Nano Banana trend: Simple step-by-step guide to create free and personalised holographic images

Artificial Intelligence is coming up with new updates every day, and recently, a cool new feature has come up in its Gemini app that has become a trend on social media. This new AI model, called Nano Banana, helps users transform any object into a 3D hologram and a realistic plastic model with just a few taps.

Just like the Ghibli-style images that went viral on social media a few months back, similarly, using this software, people are creating 3D model images of themselves. Released publicly just last month, Nano Banana is already getting a lot of love for how quickly and accurately it can handle complex image edits using simple, natural language prompts.

While OpenAI’s ChatGPT also offers image generation features, it usually takes longer to produce results. In comparison, Nano Banana is lightning-fast, often generating images in just seconds. Plus, it’s better at producing photorealistic images and lets users make detailed edits like removing blemishes, recoloring, or tweaking elements without losing the image’s quality.

Apart from this, free users can generate up to 100 images per day, whereas ChatGPT usually hits a limit after just 3–4 images. Here are some easy steps to create some holographic AI images for free(Thumb: @HarshithLucky3)

Open the Gemini app and get started

To begin, simply open the Gemini app or Google AI Studio webpage on the device. Make sure it’s updated to the latest version. Once inside, navigate to the tools section where you’ll find the new Nano Banana functionality. This is where the 3D hologram magic begins with just a few taps.Photo : @Harryhs06/X

Tap the Nano Banana icon and upload an image

Look for the Nano Banana icon within the Gemini app’s interface and tap on it. You’ll be prompted to upload an image of the object or person you want to convert. Choose a clear, well-lit image to get the best and most accurate 3D hologram results.Photpo: Google Gemin AI studio

Use simple prompts to guide the AI

You can enter a specific prompt based on how you want your 3D hologram to look. For example, type: “Turn the object into a 3D transparent line art hologram.” The AI will interpret your instructions and generate the hologram accordingly using its advanced image understanding.Photo: @xatakandroid/X

Review, save, and share

Once the image is generated, you’ll see your object transformed into a detailed 3D hologram. You can save it to your device or instantly share it on social media. Photo: @alexanderchen/X
