Khan Sir's wedding reception: Viral YouTuber welcomes thousands of students with rose petals, serves them food personally
When we think of wedding receptions, we usually picture grand halls, family gatherings, and festive decorations. But Khan sir, a teacher from Bihar, decided to do things differently and in the most heart winning way possible.
For the unversed, Khan Sir is known for his viral teaching videos and deep connection with students. But this time, he is going viral not for his educational videos, instead for his videos and photos from his marriage.
And he turned his post-wedding celebration into a tribute to young dreamers preparing for India’s toughest exams i.e., NEET and JEE.
Instead of celebrating only with family or close friends, he chose to put his students first. Thousands of them. Food, music, joy, it was all there. But the real highlight was watching a teacher, now a newlywed, personally serve food to his students with a big smile.
The popular educator and YouTuber Khan Sir hosted two wedding receptions, one for around 20,000 girls on June 20 and another for roughly 15,000 boys on June 24 in Patna, Bihar. But these weren’t just regular receptions. They were like heartfelt celebrations for students preparing for NEET and JEE.
Students were welcomed with rose petals, cheerful music, and long lines of food stalls offering an unbelievable 156 types of dishes, from golgappas and snacks to full veg and non-veg meals. It wasn’t just about the feast; it was about making every student feel appreciated.
What touched everyone was when Khan Sir himself began serving food to the boys. Speaking to ANI, he explained, “Today, a reception was held for the boys. It’s not possible to invite all students on one day. NEET and JEE students have been invited today. These students are the future of India. We will ensure they feel no shortage of anything.”
This simple but powerful gesture sent a huge message, at a time when most wedding events are exclusive and flashy, he opened his celebration to the very students he teaches and believes in. For him, students aren’t just part of his work; they are the heart of it. His act of humility and love quickly won praise online, with people across the country calling it one of the most beautiful things they’ve seen in a long time.
