Memes erupt over Pakistan's economic crisis and admission that wars with India brought misery

In an interview with Dubai-based Al Arabiya TV, Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif said that his country has learned its lesson after three wars with India and stressed that now it wants peace with its neighbour.
"We have had three wars with India, and they have only brought more misery, poverty, and unemployment to the people. We have learnt our lesson, and we want to live in peace with India, provided we are able to resolve our genuine problems," Sharif said in the interview that was aired on Monday.
Pakistan, which is battling a severe economic crisis, public discontent against the ruling regime due to the flour crisis and fuel shortage.
Sharif recently admitted it is a matter of shame that a country, which is a nuclear power, has to beg amid its faltering economy, reported The News International. He said it really embarrassed him to ask for further loans, adding that seeking foreign loans was not the right solution to address Pakistan's economic challenges as loans would have to be returned.
Recent developments in Pakistan have triggered a memefest in India as Indian memers are having a field day mocking the deteriorating financial condition of its neighbour.
