Agartala-Mumbai Exp derails in Assam

Eight coaches of the Mumbai-bound Agartala-Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Express derailed at Dibalong station, located 55 km from Haflong, the headquarters of Assam's Dima Hasao district, on Thursday afternoon, reports BB Goswami. No casualties or major injuries were reported.

The accident occurred in the Lumding-Bardarpur Hill section under the Lumding division of Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR) at about 3.55pm, leading to temporary suspension of train services on the single line section.
