Kejriwal challenged Shah to withdraw cases against slum dwellers and guarantee them housing, even declaring that he would refrain from contesting the upcoming elections if his demands were met.
Meanwhile, the BJP released its third list of candidates for the 2025 Delhi elections. The list features Mohan Singh Bisht, who has been fielded from the Mustafabad constituency. Bisht, who previously voiced disappointment over being denied a ticket from his stronghold Karawal Nagar, had seen the BJP instead nominate Kapil Mishra, a former AAP leader, for that seat.
