Official sources disclosed that a former chief secretary, who is the father-in-law of an important National Conference functionary from Jammu has acquired forest land in Malhori Jagir village and has built a farm house amid the forest. However, the official website is yet to upload the name of the beneficiary who remained J&K chief secretary for three years.
