1. Denotification of 1 acre 2 guntas of land in survey number 55/2, Rachenahalli, K R Puram, Bangalore, in November 2008. Pecuniary gain Rs 19.6 crore.
2. Denotification of 16 guntas in survey number 56 of Rachenahalli, K R Puram in November 2008 and its subsequent transfer to M/s Davalagiri Property Developers Private Limited where CM’s sons and son-in-law hold 75% share.
Gain to CM’s family is Rs 7.4 crore.
3. Illegal amalgamation of road measuring 47,972 sq ft in Vyalikaval HBCS Nagawara, which was purchased by M//s Davalagiri Property Developers. Gain Rs 16.26 crore.
4. Denotification of 2 acres 5 guntas in survey number 81/3 of Arakere village. Of this, 1 acre 7.5 guntas of land sold to the close associates of the CM. Gain Rs 25.39 crore.
5. Denotification of 9 guntas in survey number 10/1 and 14 guntas in survey number 10/11F of Lottegollahalli, Bangalore north taluk. 14 guntas of land in survey number 10/11F was denotified in favour of home and transport minister R Ashoka.
6. Denotification of 2 acres 5 guntas in survey number 149 of Agara village in January 2010. Two portions of this land, 16,000 sq ft and 5,000 sq ft, was sold in two deals in March 2010 to M/s Elyon Developers Pvt Ltd represented by its director S S Ugendar for Rs 1.76 crore and Rs 44 lakh respectively. The total loss to BDA was Rs 74.05 crore. Gain to Ugendar is Rs 14.6 crore and to the CM’s close relatives Rs 2 crore.
7. Pecuniary advantage of Rs 3 crore to M/s Bhagath Homes Pvt Ltd and Rs 2.5 crore to M/s Davalagiri Property Developers Pvt Ltd, both promoted by CM’s family members, for the official favours by CM to S N Krishnaiah Setty of M/s Balaji Krupa Developers by way of large-scale conversion of agricultural lands in Anekal taluk to nonagricultural purpose by modifying zoning regulations.
8. Gain of Rs 2.5 crore by M/s Bhagath Homes Pvt Ltd and Rs 3.5 crore by M/s Davalagiri Property Developers Pvt Ltd from Praveen Chandra for favours by CM, who allots 100 acres of land at Machenahalli-Honnavile Industrial area, Shimoga district, in favour of M/s E Rama Murthy Power Pvt Ltd promoted by Praveen Chandra. Also CM granted mining lease for iron ore and manganese ore in 330 acres in Ramajjanahalli Kaval and Mallapura villages of Hosadurga taluk in favour of Praveen Chandra.
9. Denotification of 33 guntas in survey number 21/3 of Kempapura village, 1 acre 36 guntas in survey number 6/2A, 23 guntas in survey number 6/2C and 23 guntas in survey number 6/2B in Hebbala Ammanikere to benefit Prakash Shetty of M/s Trishul Developers. Loss to BDA is Rs 101.27 crore and advantage to CM’s family members Rs 2.75 crore.
10. Denotification of 11 acres 25 guntas in survey number 15/1 and 15/2 of Srirampura village to benefit M/s Besto Infrastructure Bangalore Pvt Ltd, whose promoter is a partner with the CM’s family in Davalagiri Property Developers Pvt Ltd. Land denotified in favour of Dr B R Shetty, who in turn sold 2 acre 20 guntas of the denotified land to Besto Infrastructure Bangalore for Rs 3.75 crore when the market price was Rs 54.45 crore. Gain Rs 50 crore.
11. The CM’s family through their business associates M/s Bhagath Homes Pvt Ltd, M/s Candor Business Solutions Pvt Ltd and M/s Elyon Developers took over the virtually defunct company, M/s Health Zone Advisors (India) Pvt Ltd. The CM denotified 9 acres of land at Rachenahalli and the owners of these lands sold 1 acre 23.2 guntas for Rs 2.55 crore to M/s Health Zone Advisors (India) Pvt Ltd when the market value was Rs 34.41 crore.
12. Denotifies 10 acres in survey number 121 of Uttarahalli village on the request of BJP MLA Dr Hemachandra Sagar. Loss to state exchequer Rs 175 crore and gain to CM’s kin Rs 3.35 crore.
13. Gain to CM’s family members from B M Karunesh and M/s Adarsh Developers for the favours shown to M/s Adarsh Developers by the government. Gain to CM’s family Rs 5 crore.
14. Denotification of 5 acres and 13 guntas of land in survey number 78 of Nagarbhavi village in violation of Supreme Court and High Court orders. Loss to BDA is Rs 115 crore.
15. Illegal allotment of a site in RMV II Stage, Bangalore, by CM in favour of his son B Y Raghavendra, even though he was not eligible to obtain a site. Raghavendra returned the site after the scam broke out.
