The PM shared the noted singer's tweet with the video link in which apart from the song in her voice, Lata also posted her picture with Modi and some of the developmental work by the NDA government.

Lata tweeted "Saugandh mujhe iss mitti ki" with the YouTube video link. In a brief intro preceding the song, Lata said she was inspired by a few lines of a poem recited by the PM at a recent rally. Modi said he is inspired by her affection and blessings reflected in the song.
