NEW DELHI: The Samajwadi Party (SP) announced six names in its fifth list on Saturday for the Uttar Pradesh Lok Sabha seats.
The candidates include SP president Akilesh Yadav's cousin Dharmendra Yadav from Azamgarh, Dr Mahendra Nagar from Gautam Buddh Nagar, Bheem Nishad from Sultanpur, Jitendra Dohre from Etawah, Manoj Kumar Rajvanshi from Misrikh and Narayan Das Ahirwar from Jalaun.
Lok Sabha elections in Uttar Pradesh would be conducted in 7 phases, the Election Commission of India announced on Saturday. First phase of polling would be held on April 19, followed by April 26, May 7, May 13, May 20, May 25 and June 1.
