As the Lok Sabha elections are going on with four phase concluded and phase-5 just days away, politicians are continuously interacting with the voters to gather their votes and win in the Lok Sabha elections.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi held various rallies on Friday morning till afternoon in Uttar Pradesh.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the Congress in Mumbai, claiming their "Maoist manifesto" would bankrupt India and condemned their proposal of a 50% inheritance tax. He also accused Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena faction of betraying Balasaheb Thackeray's legacy by aligning with parties that opposed the Ram Mandir and insulted Veer Savarkar.

A Joint public rally by Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi and Shri Akhilesh Yadav was conducted in Raebareli, UP to promote Rahul Gandhi for the elections.

In her first public address for the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, Congress leader and AICC President Sonia Gandhi made an emotional appeal to the people of Raebareli to support her son Rahul Gandhi, assuring them that "he won't disappoint them".

Meanwhile, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi stated that if he wins from the neighboring seat, he will ensure that Amethi and Rae Bareli receive equal attention and development efforts.

At a Mumbai rally for the opposition's INDIA bloc, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal accused PM Modi of "undermining democracy and steering India towards dictatorship". He claimed PM Modi's tactic was to arrest political opponents. Meanwhile, Congress chief Mallikarjun Kharge said there was an undercurrent against PM Modi's government due to neglect of job creation and inflation control. At a rally in Bhiwandi, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal claimed that if the BJP wins the ongoing Lok Sabha elections, it will jail NCP (SP) president Sharad Pawar, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray, and their family members. Union Home Minister Amit Shah led a roadshow in Ranchi, Jharkhand, on Friday evening. Shah was accompanied by Sanjay Seth, the BJP candidate for Ranchi, as they greeted the crowd.

In Rae Bareli, Shah criticised Priyanka Gandhi for calling Rae Bareli a "family seat," asserting it belongs to the people. Rebel SP MLA Manoj Pande joined the BJP and supported Shah's claims about the Gandhi family's absence during crises in Rae Bareli.
