The third evacuation flight under Operation Sindhu touched down in Delhi, carrying Indian nationals from Ashgabat, Turkmenistan, as tensions continue to rise in the Middle East. US President Donald Trump rejected an intelligence assessment regarding Iran’s nuclear program, saying his director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, was “wrong.” Speaking to reporters in New Jersey, Trump said, “Then my intelligence community was wrong.” Upon being informed that the assessment came directly from Gabbard, he responded, “She’s wrong." Wish you all a Happy International Day 2025. Practicing of Yoga and Meditation helps to conditioned Sympathetic and Parasympathetic system of body by way of releasing good hormones serotonin, dopamine and endorphins. It connects unity, love, peace and harmony etc. It does not belong to any religions. Hopefully it helps to our beautiful world where there is no wars among the countries and fulfill the words of yesteryears of famous song of John Lennon - Imagine. It is also very much helpful to acclimatize adverse environmental vagaries like hot conditions, thin oxygen conditions and humid conditions as proved scientifically.
