Kareena Kapoor Khan's nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar reveals simple 4-step skincare routine for perfectly glowing skin

In a recent Instagram video, Rujuta shared that her own skincare routine is just four basic steps, all doable at home and without splurging on luxury brands. She said that everything she follows is easy, inexpensive, and already available in most households.
One of her biggest rules is staying hydrated. According to Rujuta, water is the simplest glow-up tool we ignore. Keeping water nearby means you automatically end up drinking more of it, and that helps your skin stay soft, clear, and bouncy instead of dull and tired.
She also swears by sleeping early. Forget fancy overnight masks, going to bed on time does more for your face than you think. Quality sleep helps your body repair itself, supports collagen, and prevents dark circles and puffiness. Rujuta tries to sleep around 9:30–10 pm whenever possible, unless something unavoidable comes up.
Movement, she says, is another beauty essential. Being physically active boosts blood flow, which in turn gives your face that natural fresh look no cream can fake. She makes it a point to finish her workout before 9 am, no matter how busy life gets.
And finally, she avoids falling into the trap of viral “miracle” skincare videos. Anything promising instant anti-ageing or claiming you’ll look decades younger simply doesn’t interest her. For her, long-term habits beat quick fixes every single time.
