The dandy brigade

This year's Met Gala had men preening like peacocks on the red carpet in the finest ensembles. Take a look at who looked the best.

2/9

Bad Bunny

Bad Bunny wore a white double breasted suit with a long train accentuated with rosettes from Jacquemus. The suit also featured a backless detailing which made it more appealing.

3/9

Manu Rios

Manu Rios looked unreasonably gorgeous in this sharp and tailoured cropped jacket and skinny fit pants. He rounded off the look with a pair of heels.

4/9

Pedro Pascal

Pedro brought daddy vibes to Met Gala in a pair of shorts teamed with a long red overcoat and a red shirt with a black tie from Valentino.

5/9

Lil Nas X

The rapper honoured Karl Lagerfeld's beloved cat Choupette by wearing nothing but a thong. He was covered in silver crystals from head-to-toe.

6/9

Roger Federer

Roger cut a sharp figure in a black suit and he donned a pair of black sunglasses taking inspiration from Karl Lagerfeld's look. He looked suave.

7/9

Conan Gray

The singer-songwriter wore Balmain. The fringed off-the-shoulder tweed redingote jacket featured hand embroidered pearls, a signature high v-neck tailored collar and gloves attached to the sleeves. It was an exquisite take on Lagerfeld's signature black and white suiting.

8/9

Leon Lai Yi

Leon looked dapper in a bling overcoat that he wore with a white shirt and a pair of black trousers and a chains layered around his neck.

9/9

Jeremy Pope

Jeremy wore a 30 foot long cape paying homage to Karl Lagerfeld. The outfit was from Balmain. The designer used 5000 meters of silk chiffon.
