"You don't necessarily need to buy specific clothing items during your maternity days. The thumb rule should be to use all those outfits that are already there in the wardrobe and embrace your bump. Invest in stretchy dresses which can be worn even after your pregnancy," suggests designer Anvita Sharma.

"A lot of women also like to pick solid colours like black and white during their pregnancy days because they think it is a safe bet for them. Prints can be a lot more fun and layering can further spruce up the looks. Follow the latest style trends and never hesitate to try those just because you think you might not look good because of your belly bump," says stylist Vikram Seth.
