Rihanna takes over Mumbai in two head-turning looks for Fenty Beauty launch

Two looks, one night: Rihanna’s Mumbai appearance is breaking the internet

If there’s one thing Rihanna never does, it’s show up quietly. And her latest appearance in Mumbai was no exception.

The global superstar touched down in the city for the India launch of Fenty Beauty, and let’s just say, she didn’t come to play. From posing effortlessly for the cameras outside Phoenix Palladium to switching up looks like it was nothing, Rihanna turned the whole evening into her personal runway.

And honestly, two outfits in one night? Both completely different moods? We love to see it.

2/6

Look one: Olive green, but make it fashion

For the main event, Rihanna stepped out in a striking olive-green outfit that felt equal parts relaxed and powerful.

She paired an oversized shirt with a matching leather skirt that flowed all the way down, giving the whole look a soft but structured vibe. It wasn’t loud, but it didn’t need to be. The silhouette did all the talking.

What really pulled everything together was her makeup. That bold red lip instantly elevated the look, adding just the right amount of drama without clashing with the outfit.

And then came the details

She added a subtle Indian touch with a statement haathphool by Manish Malhotra, crafted in white gold with uncut diamonds. Stacked bangles, diamond earrings, all layered in a way that felt intentional but not overdone.

Hair was left open, softly styled with a side part, falling naturally over her shoulders. Easy, polished, and very Rihanna.

Look two: After-party, but make it dramatic

Just when you think she’s done, Rihanna switches it up.

For the after-party, she went full glam in a sleek black dress from Alaïa, and the vibe completely shifted. Think fitted, sharp, and just a little bit edgy.

The dress featured a high neckline and full sleeves, but what made it stand out were the bold cut-out details that added texture and attitude without going overboard.

And then came the jewellery. Again.

She leaned all the way in with diamonds. Rings stacked on rings, statement ear cuffs, and another haathphool by Manish Malhotra, this time with extra sparkle. It was high-impact, but somehow still felt balanced.

5/6

Glam switch-up

Her makeup followed the outfit change perfectly.

Gone was the classic red lip. Instead, she went for a warmer, sultry look with terracotta smoky eyes and a glossy, slightly 90s-style lip. It felt softer but still very intentional.

Hair was styled into a sleek updo with a side part and a bit of volume, giving the whole look a cleaner, more elevated finish.

6/6

Spotlight follows Rihanna

Two outfits, two completely different moods, and not a single miss.

Rihanna didn’t just attend the Fenty Beauty launch in Mumbai, she made it feel like a full fashion moment. From the relaxed olive-green look to the sharp black after-party fit, she showed exactly how to switch gears without losing your personal style.

And if there’s one takeaway from all of this, it’s simple. When Rihanna shows up, the spotlight follows.
