Malayalam actress Bhavana Menon, who recently tied the knot with her longtime producer boyfriend Naveen is trending on the internet, thanks to her popularity and also her stunning wedding attire. While brides-to-be across India are still in the process of selecting their wedding lehengas, the southern sensation went ahead and donned an exquisite gold sari for her d-day.

And, we are totally in love with Bhavana for ditching the done-to-death red and instead choosing the ever-so-classy gold.

The gold sari in question was an antique gold kanjeevaram with a heavy double border, finished with antique metal sequins and beads. Bhavana teamed up the sari with a matching embroidered blouse. Now comes the most interesting aspect about her ensemble - the blouse, well that's because the rich blouse featured the eternal love story of Radha Krishna, embroidered by hand. The rich ensemble was designed by Label’M (By Anu and Reshma).

The beautiful actress completed her look with classic temple jewellery. Her bridal make up was taken care of by celebrity make-up artist, Renju Renjimar and it was her hair bun with fresh jasmine flowers wrapped around it that totally accentuated her look.

For her reception, Bhavana donned a rose gold lehenga embellished with rhinestones and sequins from Bengal along with classic heirloom jewellery and roses on her low hair bun, while Naveen wore a simple off white sherwani that he teamed up with a dull orange waistcoat.

For her Mehendi ceremony, Bhavana opted for a simple yet lovely mustard yellow maxi dress and we had nothing to complain.
